PCB Layout Engineer

Ideal Candidate:

Our opening is for a person with excellent technical ability, able to transform a schematic confidently into a PCB for Automotive mass production, with minimum 3 years of experience in PCB layout design.
You are a proactive person, capable of identifying potential issues, recommend solutions, escalate to appropriate level, seek advice and guidance from/to the organization. You pay attention to details and use your creativity to finalize great projects.

-EMC / ESD principles
-High-Speed Design (signal / power integrity) principles

As a Layout Engineer, your main responsibilities and tasks will be:
-Creation and optimization of PCB designs based on input from electrical and mechanical engineers
-Take into consideration and follow design, EMC and manufacturing guidelines
-Creation and maintenance of manufacturing data, drawings and documentation
-Involved in process definition and design guideline optimization

As a Layout Engineer, you will be involved in multiple projects with various customers. Commonly, you will work with 2 to 6 layers .
A mentor will support you to stepwise take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.
